Zasov
"... in Petersburg, he became known for the 'honorable' nature of his thoughts, among many important personalities, with whom he jealously maintained relations. He was a man of great concentration, a man who shut himself off from the outside world."

Glassworks
21 x 14.8 cm (A5 sketchbook page)
I find that these sketchbooks are to me what the training ground is to the athlete. A place to work on skills, ideas and strategies.

Takunieru
Ink and wash
Lately, I have been enjoying working with water soluble ink and brush. And these liquid-like forms (to which I have been coming back to, for years now) are definitely into my hand by now, so trying them with this technique came automatically. As usually, I am not sure about what this could represent. It could be some sort of storm or an unearthly creature with a peculiar leg system or a man-made structure with (again) a peculiar column system. It, surely, is more about the linework and the shapes, with the story unclear yet.
